Unable to mount sda3(error ; unrecognized file system)


I added mint 12 to my 160 GB HD which was running fedora 15,after adding mint 12 to one of the partions I cant access my fedora 15 on the mint grub menu,neither am I able to mount to the fedora partition when I log in as a mint user(I am getting unrecognized file system error, I dont want loose my data on the fedora partition block, please help!
the rough partition table
sda
sda1 (mint 12)50 G
sda2 (swap) 524
sda3 (Fedora)99 Gb

You'll need to be root or use sudo.

@ chrism01 am still getting the same error (unknown filesystem type 'LVM2 _member')
