Unable to Logon using SSH, something to do in /etc, please help how to slove this issue

You'll have to give us some more info than that. What error message are you getting? What exactly are you trying to do?

Could be anything:
- wrong username
- wrong password
- remote server is down
- remote server access is forwarded by a router and DHCP changed the IP
- SSH server is down
- SSH server listens on a non-standard port

More options possible, add to the list a much as you want.
