[SOLVED] Unable to login to Openstack dashboard

When attempting to launch dashboard I get the following error when I enter User Name and Password
"Unable to establish connection to keystone endpoint"
I have verified that the user name and password are correct.

Entering
openstack Unable to establish connection to keystone endpoint
into DDG yields several links that appear to be relevant.
