unable to locate 10APIC for GSI 6,13,8,12,1

I am using Fedora on a system i just installed it on, i just got a new HP monitor and hooked it up, now it won't work. I keep getting AN ERROR: unable to locate 10APIC for GSI 6,13,8,12,1......WHEN THE SYSTEM BOOTS UP,CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

try to boot with "noapic" option in the grub config file , and report what happens then.

The output of "lspci" is also interesting as well because you can see the interrupts of the different devices.
