I want to install kali linux on my android phone
I have letv le1s android phone
When I am trying to install kali linux using linux deploy
Its showing me lots of error and fails

what iso are you using ???
you do not say

have you READ the install instructions ???
if so where are you stuck ?

also keep in mind Kali is a SINGLE PURPOSES !!! operating system
and you really should have a 6 year collage degree in network security ( or equivalent) to use the tools in it

First I've heard about linux deploy. Looks interesting and I have a spare android phone to try it on.

I am unable to drag and drop files from host to guest in kali linux
I have already installed virtualbox in kali linux to the latest version

please read the oracle virtualbox guides

this is a vb issue dealing with virtual guests

a folder in the host needs to be mounted in the VM

I am afraid I think that the quest must come to an end. If a Linux professional of many years can't get Kali working on an Android phone then, I fear, nobody ever will.
