Unable to find VNC on Ubuntu 8.10?
 

How can I enable VNC on ubuntu 8.10. All I can see is No VNCSERVER Package on the machine.
I dont see the right package too under http://packages.ubuntu.com/

Try this in 'Synaptic' :

Type vnc in the "Quick Search window" and get e.g. 'libvncserver0'

Type vncserver and get 'vnc4server' ( and 'tightvncserver' )
