Question Unable to create cluster luci database objects

Hi All,

i am new to linux clustering.
i started clustering on centOS 5.2 by conga.
on test lab i installed three nodes, 1 for luci server.
2 for ricci nodes.

but while creating a new cluster, after entering hostnames of two nodes.
when i click on submit it gives an error like

"Unable to create cluster Luci database objects "

so please tell me the solution or if you have any proper line by line guide for cluster configuration please give me the link.
now i am following all guide available on centos and redhat sites.
