unable to clear Firefox web History in redhat-Linux
hi friends
i am using redhat linux 6.7, i want to delete all my web history, i have done the same, i have cleared all the data and cookies but unfortunately i am able to get my prev URL's, in firefox is there any thing else i need to do or from command line??, i thing still that history was saved somewhere in the system could you please suggest me something |

You could delete your firefox profile and start over in Firefox.

you clear the history the same way for firefox 44 on ALL versions of linux and MS Windows
it is the same for every OS you clear it from the ff preferences if you put the "top" menu BACK ( ff hides it ) /edit/preferences/privacy and put a check in "clear history when firefox closes " and click on the SETTINGS button next to that |

Try using Bleachbit.
In the future, run Firefox in Firejail private mode. Or use Tails. |
