unable to block all website except www.onlinesbi.com in squid
 

i am configure 2 network i.e 10.205.40.0 and 10.205.46.0 in squid proxy server .
my senario is the user can access anly www.onlinesbi.com website , other site are blocked in 10.205.40.0 network .

and in 46 network www.onlinesbi.com website is blocked , the user can access all site expect www.onlinesbi.com .

problem is : in 46 network , is working fine but i am unable to block all website except www.onlinesbi.com in 10.205.46.0 network .

O.S : REDHAT ADVANCE SERVER 4.0

Please give me suggestion
