un nesting files in folders in nautilus

I just bought a new MP3 player
it won't shuffle more than one folder at a time
I can copy albums into a file
converting them into a single folder, with a bunch of files is time consuming

I'm on ububtu 10,10,
I've tried different players, which all respect the folder structure

So what do you want from us? You didn't actually ask any questions. What exactly are you having trouble with?

You'll have to explain your problem in more detail before we can help you.

actually I think the title is self explanatory

how do I move individual files out of 3 levels of nesting [artist> album> song], short of going to each album, selecting all & pasting to a single folder?
