Hummm how it goes is my friends convinced me to switch to Linux so I downloaded the Knoppix ISO to test it out. How it goes is since I was raised on Window I have absolutely NO idea how to work anything. I believe in working out kinks as I go so I'll install Linux either way just for the challange, but I do have one question before I format my computer.

Does anyone know to get the Netgear MA101 Rev. A to work on Redhat 9? I've read some tutorials but I don't really get it, and I can't really ask for help after I installed linux because I wouldn't be able to get online.

I can't really vouch for the info in there, since I don't have that network adapter, but this should give you an idea of whether or not you want to try it. RH8 is close enough to RH9 that the info *should* be mostly the same.

you could of course dual boot...then you could still have windows for net access while your working the kinks out in redhat...then when everything is working you can ditch windows
