uid1000 etc on mobile.

I register BC I'm not sure who rooted my phone? When I go into root in a file Brower there is a list of uid users that I can't change or access and they start by the number uid1000 and then uid another number? How were these made and why were they made? I installed a firewall and now it says all these his number are blocked???
So I thought I could learn linux to help me. I'm 51 from Texas and I do a lot of business from my phone. A lot of stuff gets changed on my phone but I don't know who is doing it. NOT ME! I can't update my phone. I can't access administrator privileges.. I change settings settings get changed to something else. It's mad me crazy and angry at the same time.. can someone HELP tell me what's going on?

Welcome to LQ Bovay.

So you've registered for free advice. I didn't get whether you have an Android or Apple phone. The systems are soft and you've been rooted. Step 1 IMHO is to stop hemorrhaging cash.

Presume he has everything. Get a working system. Rather than reinstall Android, look to install a more secure system. LineageOS is good. Change bank codes, card numbers, passwords etc. Change Paypal details and any other pay-login system. There's all these contactless paying systems which make it easy for you to pay people, but also easy for hackers to pay themselves. Cut business online until you lose your hackers.
