Initially, installing Mint 19 on a new Asus VisoBook 15 X512FA laptop. Now I wish to install a new OS, Windows 10 Enterprise, instead of the Linux setup. Unfortunately, when I try to boot a new OS, Mint 19 locks me out, that is to say that Mint 19 has set to be the only option when I try to reset the starting option on the BIOS.

Try F2 immediately (that means instantly) the screen goes black after poweron. Keep pressing it quickly till you get it right.

Once you get into the BIOS, you may find an option to remove all content from the HD or SSD. My newest Asus has one called "HD Secure Erase" in the "Advanced" section, which only applies to SATA disks.
