Smile Ubuntu VMware and Linux Commands

Hello Folks,
I have installed Ubuntu in a VMware player and Nautilus [Gnome] as my GUI. I will read all the posts to learn Linux as much as I can. My goal is to be as familiar with Linux as I am with Microsoft products.
