ubuntu update in offline

I am using ubuntu 10.10 from few days ago.

I need to update it. But i have no net connection in home pc. How can i update this without net connection.

Anyone let me know how can i do it.

"Two different approaches exist:
Manually copy a complete online repository to a USB keydrive and set it up as a package source for your machines.

Use apt-medium to have the apt tools use a shared cache location (e.g. /var/cache/apt on a removable media, or network share)."

This is one method.
