Ubuntu - Secondary Hard Drive

Anyone know a command to show the hard drives installed on linux. I can see it is recognized in the bios. I have tried lswh, but it didn't show either of them. I have ubuntu installed on an WD 250gb and it boots, thats what im using to type this out. I just installed a seagate, but I don't know how to find the logical name assigned to it so I can partition it with fdisk. TIA for any help

 lshw |grep logical
