ubuntu buffer i/o on dev sda4 logical block 7818449 async page read


i have no knowledge in such matters. Kindly advise me in finding a solution for this situation

Without more details as rtmistler pointed out, it's near impossible to say anything.

Did you check that with smartctl ?

Code:
smartctl -a /dev/sdX
Where "sdX" is the actual device node of the drive in question. If smartctl isn't installed, install a package called "smartmontools". Then run the command above and post the results using CODE tags.
