Ubuntu 12.04 not booting in oracle virtual box 4.0.4
 
i am trying to install ubuntu 12.04 on oracle virtual box 4.0.4 from iso image file .it doesn't boot and my screen appears black. Give any solution for this.

If you are using a Windows, I suggest you use a new version of VirtualBox.
