Two internal hard drives for one laptop

I have Windows XP installed in my laptop.
I got a second 40gb blank hard drive and would like install Redhat OS in it. Ofcourse, I can insert only one hard drive at a time, into my laptop. Could anybody tell me if this is possible???

It would be possible to put each os on each disk. You will have to switch hds whenever you switch os's though.

Sure - like having two computers with seperate harddrives.

Do like this?
1) Insert the new HD
2) Put the Redhat installation CD

As simple as that?? :)
