Two GNOME errors

Hi all, I recently experienced a problem with GNOME and I removed and installed some components from it. Now that I have fixed the issue, the experimentation trying to fix the error has caused two minor problems with GNOME? Two buttons don't work; the 'Computers' button from [Places] and 'Trash' from the file manager windows.

Screen dumps:

How could one go about fixing it?
