Tweaking CPU Load and number of CPUs

Is there a way to tweak the CPU load displayed and the number of CPUs? I'm running CentOS.

Here's an example:

Let's say the load is 12. I want to modify the display load to show 1/10 of that (1.2 CPU load). Is there a way to do that?
Also i want it to say 4 CPUs instead of x which is right now.

Any ideas guys?

Now why would you want to do that ???.

We can't answer your question till we know what you are talking about - what "display" (i.e. command/product)

I'm running a webserver from home and it's pretty old, so the loads per cpu are quite big some times and i want to make them smaller cuz it's hard to read at peak times...

So any ideas?
