Question TV-Capture mencoder

When i try to capture TV with following command:

mencoder -tv on:driver=v4l:width=768:height=576 \
____-ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=350:vhq:vqmax=31:keyint=300 \
____-oac mp3lame -lameopts cbr:br=48 \
____-vop scale=384:288,pp=tn/lb,crop=720:540:24:18 -sws 1 -o output.avi

the sound is recorded to slow and not sync. My PC
is fast enough to record this ( 2100XP GF4Ti fast harddisk )

my distrib is Mandrake 9.1
the TV-Card is an old Hauptauge WinTV
the sound is plugged direct to the line in of my soundcard

THX for any help
