turkish Characters in java
 

I have installed succesfully java on mandrake 10.0 but I cant see turkish characters on it. How can I solve this problem? thank you

java internally uses utf8 so you have to have it use a different encoding if you need it to and a font to match.
if you have some gui program that doesn't let you choose encoding and font you will have to hack the program.

Yes, I looked for changing it but just I could find changing for web browser (mozilla). But there isnt for java. Can you explain more how to do it or hack it? Is there any web site that explains it? thanks
