Have you downloaded it from the TS2 site yet, how much help do you need?
Do you need to run it on a box with a firewall on it?
What distro are you using?

I have a TS2 server installed on a Fedora Core2 Box running Firestarter. I just installed the packages then ran the Firestarter wizard forwarded the correct ports (from the help pages on TeamSpeak site)
