Trying to get xmms to play mp3s, weird erros
 

I try to install the plugin for xmms1.2.7 to get it to play mp3s. I used this rpm:
xmms-mp3-1.2.7-0.dag.rh90.i386.rpm

and after i use the rpm -i /root/xmms......rpm command i get this:

xmms = 1.2.7 is needed by xmms-mp3-1.2.7-0.dag.rh90


im cofused becasue when i open ip xmms it says right on it... xmms 1.2.7 so wouldnt that mean that the dependency is there?

Use Apt/Synaptic or Yum for Dag.
