Trying to install Suse 10

I am trying to install Linux for the first time. I have downloaded Suse 10 and burned all 5 iso's to CDs. I am booting to Disk 1 and I get to the boot menu fine. When I click on install, my screen goes black and after a few seconds, says "Out of Range". The monitor is an 19" LCD. HELP!!

Please be more specific.

What's the make/model of your graphics card and monitor?
