trying to install linneighborhood but have gcc error?
 

trying to install linneighborhood, i get a dependency error for gettext but that depends on a file libgcj-3.so well, that file is in gcc-3.2.3-3.src.rpm is this a c compiler? if so i have gcc (3.3.2) already installed, what is going on with the error? any ideas?

Try "up2date gettext" and it will take care of all your dependency problems. There is another software called xsmbrowser, which just needs expect installed to work Search for it and try it if you still have trouble compiling linneighbourhood.
