Trying to dual Boot

I'm trying to dual boot Linux Fedore Core 2 and Windows Xp home edition on two different, i have both operating systems loaded on the different hard drives, but i am noticing that under Windows, in explorer, the drive with fedora on it is not being seen by windows, what am i doing wrong

Probably nothing... natively windows can not see linux partitions. Here are some windows tools:
http://yareg.akucom.de/
http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/explore2fs.htm

IMHO the safest method to share files between the two OS's is a FAT32 partition.

it is a simple logic that operating systems only see the FSystems supported by their kernel

win 98 does not support NTFS so does fedora core2
and winXp does not support ext3fs
but in linux u can compile ur kernel to get the support ,while u cannot do the same in windows so u require the tools
