Unhappy trouble with game installer from

I have purchased several games from and have contacted tech support 3 or 4 times and still can't play the games. I get error that says that the game installer can not be found it may have been moved or has been deleted. When I contacted and had live support tech help and went through all the steps that they told me to do I still can not download my games. Anyone have any suggestions? Need help asap.

the solution is, do not use

if the installer is gone...was it linux compatible in the first it a wine you need to update wine if you are using that.

if not those, then there probably is an issue with the file but it should have come full. do the checksum on the file if it has that
