trouble installing samsung sl-c430w on ubuntu studio 18.04


i am trying to install a samsung sl-c430w on ubuntu studio 18.04. i had to download the driver but now it is telling me the printer requires the '/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertospl' program but it is not currently installed. i am a total newbie, clueless, please help me

It seems that Samsung actually has Linux support, and instructions on their website - all praise Samsung!
