Trouble install python3-pip

Hello all. I am not well versed in Linux but I am trying. I am taking an online course in Python and it requires me to install pip3. I have been programming in Python for all of 24hrs and when I try to install pip to install an ftp server it doesn't work. I have a screenshot of the error but I can't figure out how to add it here. So... here is what it says...

"Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required pachages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unment dependencies:
libgcc1 : Depends: gcc-9-base (=9.2.1-19) but 9.3.0-13 is to be installed
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.

I am using Kali
Please help.....

for kali users: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ad-4175614092/
it is a dependency problem, required gcc 9.2.1 but 9.3 was found.
Would be nice to see exactly what did you try and how. Without details hard to say anything.

(and probably would be much better [for you] to use a more user friendly distro)
