Smile Trouble in Net connection in UBUNTU 11.04

UBUNTU 10.10 run well with my Toshiba PRO C satellite C650. But It developed sang after about 4 months.I have BSNL broadband connection. It showed DSL AUTHENTICATION with User name, Service, and password.Even after registering these again the same pop up window comes up.So I installed UBUNTU 11.04 but it showed the same result. I installed the relevant drivers for the laptop.I cannot open the net connection with BSNL.
Pl help.
