Trouble dual booting slackware and XP

I have installed xp onto my machine, i have a 200 gig hd... I used Knoppix to create a 20 gig partition that i was going to use for Linux. I created a 1 gig swap drive and the rest went to the linux system. I installed slack, and then configured lilo, i also had it boot to linux.

When i thought all was said and done, I restarted... Hoping to see the lilo dual boot screen, but it booted to xp. I put my slack cd back in and made sure i unstarred the xp partition so it would boot to lilo... XP automatically put the star back... Is there anyway to take control of XP so that i can choose slack or XP? Im assuming im going to have to edit the boot config file for XP...

Thanks,
Derek
