Triple boot system?

On the new machine I will be buying I would like to run Knoppix, Suse and Windows XP using grub as the boot loader.

What would be a good idea on how to organize my partitions?

I'm thinking:
A single /boot partition to be shared by the 2 Linuxes.
A single swap partition to be shared by the 2 Linuxes.
The 3rd partition (20GB) is where Knoppix will live.
The 4th partition (50GB) is where Suse will live.
The rest of the disk goes to Bill.

Do you see any problems in my planning?

How do I make sure that whichever Linux is installed second does not wipe out the /boot partition?

Is there any danger that the two Linuxes destroy each other's swap signatures since they are going to use the same swap partition?

Thanks.

looks good, although i would recommend pure debian over knoppix if you are installing it.

i've never shared the boot partition, though i want to start setting up my pcs like that. just to be safe, what i would do until i knew a better/the correct way would be to not specify a separate /boot partition in the second install, and then just copy everything over afterward and remap it in /etc/fstab.

XP on first partition
Swap (shared)
/ Debian or Ubuntu, not Knoppix, partition
/ Suse partition

Knoppix is a great live CD, but not recommended for HD install.
