transparent proxy with squid v 3.1.19

hie there, i would like to create a transparent proxy. My configuration consist of a proxy with eth0 connected to the LAN AND ETH1 CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.
I AM USING fEDORA CORE 15 with the latest version of squid, squid 3.1.19, please help me with this configuration.

sorry, i cant view this thread, i keep getting the response 'Unexpected response code received.' when i try to open it
