Transparent Proxy setup

Please let me know how to setup transparent squid proxy setup in linux with an example.

I have the following setup:

1) Fedora
2) Broadband connection
3) One static IP

Hi,

We have setup squid proxy and dansguardian for Internet access. We want to enable iptables services which can allow IP with specific mac address to access Internet through Squid proxy (eth0 is local and eth1 is Internet)

With example will be highly helpful.

So how do squid & DG currently hang together, how are the
network clients using the set-up?

We have configured proxy settings of all the clients' browser which first points to dansguardian and then squid proxy.
