transparent proxy


I have problems running a transparent proxy on fedora core 8 with squid 2.17. I have two ethernet devices: eth 1 for internal and eth0 for external (internet) conenction. My squid.conf file doesn't seem having problems compared to those who achieved to run transparent proxy and iptable rule is as follows:

transparent proxy

Actually my clients have to connect to the Internet through the machine on which fedora core 8 is installed with squid 2.17, dhcp (delivers automatic Ips to the clients). And conenction scheme is as follows:
