Trace file is empty in ns2

Hi.. I ran a TCL script called "aloha protocol" on the Aquasim tool (underwater simulator).. A trace (tr) file was generated and it was blank. I have attached an aloha TCL script along with this.. Kindly go thro' the file and help to generate the trace file.

OS : Ubuntu 14.04 - 64 bit

Sorry, but we're not going to download your code and fix it for you...that's not the way the community works. Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. You need to tell us more than the file was blank..do you have permissions to write to it? Any error(s)/message(s)?

@sreehk, you will have to read the error output / warnings you get ....
Code:
$ ns-aqua-gcc44 sample-aloha.tcl
num_nodes is set 6
Width=100
INITIALIZE THE LIST xListHead
Node 5 is sending first!!
starting Simulation...
