Trac open ticket application

Hi,
if any one know Trac ( open ticket system ) can you help how can I send notification mail to subcontractors that the mail is out side from my domain? I get notification only to user who work under the domain of office 365, users that not have mailbox in office 365 can't get any notification from Trac, any assistance may be help.

Is Internet connected to that machine?

Hi.
yes its connected.
the Trac installed on RedHat 6.7 and configure with postfix.
from the server i can to send e-mail but via the trac I can't send to user who outside from the domain.
all the mail are office365.

Did you read the Trac documentation on how to configure this? What have you done/tried so far?
