I have a toy digital camera whose photos I'd like to be able to download onto my video ipod without using my computer.
The camera only saves 10, 0.1 megapixel photos at a time, and only if you don't remove the single AAA battery, but sometimes they go missing even then. It has a terrible retractable viewfinder, no LCD screen, and 2 buttons--one to take the photo, and the other to cycle through functions like 'turn on,' 'turn off,' 'delete,', and (surprisingly) 'timer mode.' I don't have any software for the camera, and only found one application to download the photos to my Mac (it also lets me save movie clips and photos when the camera is attached to the computer via USB, too). The application is called
Macam.
So, is there something I can do to get the photos downloaded from the camera onto my ipod (for later transfer to my computer)? I am vaguely aware that you can put some linux distros onto an ipod, so I'm asking here (although Macam is for Mac).
Suggestions?
Just for fun, here are a couple shots from the camera:
Hmm, it won't let me add attachments. Nuts.
