Since you probably found this site with a Google search, you could have ALSO found the complete installation instructions, if you put "how to configure tomcat server on rhel 6" into Google:
http://tecadmin.net/steps-to-install...n-centos-rhel/

Did you try that? Maybe check the Tomcat website, and read the instructions?
http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-8.0-doc/index.html

And you mention RHEL 6...unless you are PAYING FOR Red Hat enterprise, you should NOT BE USING IT. You will not get bugfixes/updates/patches, and your server will quickly be out of date and insecure, not to mention the fact that installing new software will be MUCH harder. If you don't pay, then load CentOS instead.

Your original question was asking how to setup and configure Tomcat. You were given two links, the first of which is detailed, step-by-step directions on how to do it. The second was to the Tomcat site...those are the people who WROTE Tomcat..

If you need more details than the complete documentation set, I'm not sure what to tell you. If you need a SPECIFIC question answered, then post it, but we aren't going to do unspecified Google searches for you, until we find you the documentation that you want.
