how to connect a p.c with 11.04 o.s and a laptop with 11.10 o.s?

You have not provided any useful information. If you want help, please answer some questions.

What type of network connections one each machine do you have.?

Are the machines on the same network, the same sub-net? If not, what is the connection?

Can you ping between machines?

What do you want to do once connected? ftp files? Run a app remotely? Share a printer?

I'm guessing you are using Ubuntu on both. Remember, you only posted some numbers, and all distros have their own numbered releases. We only know what you post.
