timeout after CONNECT from xxxx.com (postfix mail server)

Dear All:

I've got the following problem while outside network sending mail to us

postfix/smtpd[839]: connect from xxxx.com [external IP address]

mail postfix/smtpd[839]: timeout after CONNECT from xxxx.com {external IP address}

postfix/smtpd[839]: disconnect from xxxx.com [external IP address]

is that a spam or antivirus protection??
I confused about that

I am using postfix-2.3.3-2, fedora 6

Thanks for your help~~~

Regards

Marco
