Time & Date setting not sticking

Running Suse 3.3.2.
Works ok with win2000.
Any idea?

Which setting?

When does it become unstuck?

When I do "Adjust Date and Time" from system tray or from YAST, after booting it works ok. When I reboot next day it shows older date and time. I have to reset it again on every boot!
It is not even showing last shutdown date and time. Comes up with some old date and time!
Note: Running KDE 3.3.2 Linux Linux version 2.6.8-24.13-default.
