Time and date

I am using Ubuntu 10.4 and by mistake I deleted time and date. How do I reinstall?

Do you mean that you removed the clock on the upper right of the top panel in Ubuntu? If so, then you should be able to add it back by right-clicking on the top panel and choosing "add items to panel" (or whatever it says exactly). There should be an option to add the clock back to the panel.

And welcome to the LQ forums!
