tiled molecule viewer similar to xscreensaver 'molecule' program
 

I was just looking at the 'molecule' screensaver on my computer (from xscreensaver) and I want to know if there is a program that will display multiple molecule structures side by side or in a tiled view that also rotate like in 'molecule'? I would like it if the program could also draw the molecules in wireframe.

Have you tried RasMol or JMol. I know that JMol is opensource. I hope one of these will accomplish what your goal is.
