Building 'threshold', example :
cd ns-allinone-2.33/ns-2.33/indep-utils/propagation/
g++41 threshold.cc -o threshold

Use with $ ./threshold -m TwoRayGround -r 0.95 100

If you want to use $ threshold -m TwoRayGround -r 0.95 100
.. the executable 'threshold' must be copied to /usr/local/bin/
.. to have 'threshold' in your PATH.

Something is wrong with your g++41 install ?

No errors here, Ubuntu 10.04.4, Ubuntu 10.10 with threshold.cc
from ns-2.33, ns-2.34, ns-2.35.

The binary 'threshold' from ns-2.33/indep-utils/propagation/
is attached. Compiled with g++-4.1 : Ubuntu 10.04.4 .
Please rename to threshold.gz, and un-compress.
