if windisk in primary
add this 3 line in last grub.conf

Code:
title WinXP-2
        rootnoverify (hd0,0)
        chainloader +1
if windisk in secondary use (hd1,0)

try it first

You really should make use of punctuation more. Reading posts with run on sentences is difficult.

Hi,
install the xp disk as a secondary drive
Put something like this in your grub menu.lst

title WinXP-2
root (hd1,0)
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

the map command makes windows to belief it is still the first disk in the system
since it was installed as a single drive in the firstplace
