This file system will be automatically checked every 31 mounts or 180 days whichever

Hi....all, I am working as Linux Admin since few months, & just I wanted to know the solution to the below output while formatting RAID devices.
"this file system will be automatically checked every 31 mounts or 180 days whichever comes first. Use tune2fs -c or -i to override".
This output is not for all md devices & only for few.
If I am not using tune2fs, does it destroy our data after 180 days which are kept in md devices? or tune2fs command must/should be used?
we are not going to restart our RAID server & also we will not unmount & mount it always. what happens if that 180 days or 31 mounts are over & when the server is on. If I must need use tune2fs command, please write that full command of "tune2fs".
Can anyone help me regarding this issue. That because I am working on realtime. And I will be waiting for your kind reply.

Regards
Ananth

The solution? There is no "solution" as there is no problem in the first place. ignore it. it is only relevant at boot time, nothing happens if you don't reboot. if you reboot it *might* check that everything is fine...

What makes you think that there's an issue here?

It just says that it will occasionally check the filesystem and make sure that it's valid, and that you can use the "tune2fs" command to change how often this happens.
