Thin Client Setup

I am currently running a Red Hat 8.0 server with SSH sessions from a winterm thin client (diskless) XP embedded. I need to convince people that Red Hat 8.0 can provide thin clients with a common desktop (gui) and common applications like mozilla, thunderbird, open office, from this common desktop. Of course, since they are diskless thin clients, the app and data should stay on the RH server. I would appreciate any information you may be able to provide on how to configure RH and the thin client to load a desktop after boot up.
